ARTIFACT: This is a fabulous 1880's hand-stamped, Old West Five-Pointed star Deputy Sheriff badge from El Paso Co, Texas. The badge has a very nice patina to it, being even better on the reverse.

VINTAGE: Circa 1880's

SIZE: Approximately 2-3/16" x 2-1/4"

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Nickel plated Nickel

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal pin with over-under catch

MARKINGS: "DEPUTY SHERIFF AL PASO CO"

ITEM NOTES: This is from a Western Lawman collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VAJEJX17 LBCGEX04/17

CONDITION: 7+ (Very Fine+): Light wear, beautiful patina, and there are light abrasions on the obverse. If only this badge could talk!
