ARTIFACT: This is an extremely rare lapel pin from the American Volunteer Group (aka the Flying Tigers).The pin shows a winged tiger in flight with a ruby where his mouth is.

VINTAGE: Circa World War II.

SIZE: About 3/4" in height and 1-1/8" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Gold-filled with enamel and ruby chip.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal pin with drop-in swivel catch.

MARKINGS: 1/20 10K GOLD FILLED and a maker's mark.
