ARTIFACT: Extremely rare 1960's United States Navy & United States Air Force UDT (Underwater Demolition Team) Joint Training Unit pocket patch. The oval embroidered patch shows the UDT unofficial mascot, 'Freddie the Frog' looking back towards a white hummingbird against dark blue twill, surrounding them it reads: "HUMMINGBIRDS U.S. NAVAL". The bottom of the patch reads: "UNDERWATER DEMOLITION" in white embroidered lettering.

VINTAGE: Circa 1960's

SIZE: Approximately 3-1/4" x 3-7/8"

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Embroidered twill, silk/polyester/cotton threads, mesh backing

CONDITION: 8+ (Excellent): The patch shows minor wear and light soiling, colors remain bright, overall excellent condition.
