This is a extremely rare World War II US Navy NATS Naval Air Transport Service Flight Orderly Badge. Flight Orderly is the name of a Male Flight Nurse in World War II. 2nd we've seen in 30 years.

Circa WWII.

Approximately: 2" diameter
