ARTIFACT: This is an Extremely Rare United States Navy M1945 Tactical Observer Wing by NS Meyer ca 1946. Worn only from 1945-1947. 

VINTAGE: 1946.

SIZE: Approximately: 11/16" in height x 2-3/4" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Gold-plated brass, Chrom-plated nickel.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal pin with come-under locking catch.

MARKINGS: MEYER NEW YORK
