This is and Extremely Rare Enameled SILVER Award Badge of the USSR 1934 Competition of Auto-Tractor Diesel Engines, badge number 77. Our research shows that there are TWO other known examples of this badge in Silver.

916 Silver marks on the badge, backing plate, and retaining screw, along with BKX (?), assumed to be for the Russian Artists Cooperative in Moscow.
