ARTIFACT:
This is an extremely rare circa 1926 Rolls-Royce of America factory issued key fob. This key fob has the chassis as well as the original owner's initials engraved wonderfully into the reverse, reading "D. D. Jr." The Rolls-Royce company was a British car company, first imported in 1906. The company would move from imports thirteen years later, in 1919, establishing Rolls-Royce of America Inc. so the cars could be built in the states. The very first car assembled in the states was a Silver Ghost, made in Springfield, Mass. In 1921 (The very same model of car that this key fob is for).
