This is a Extremely Rare Ca 1917 USSB Unite State shipping Board Fore & Aft Hat Badge, Collar Insignia & Emergency Fleet Corporation Visor Hat Badge. Only ones we've ever seen.
VINTAGE:
Circa 1917.
SIZE:
Approximately Fore & Aft Hat Badge: 3-1/4" in height in diameter / Collar Insignia: 1-11/16" in height x 1-1/8" in width / Emergency Fleet Corporation Visor Hat Badge: 3" in height x 2-1/4" in width.
MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION:
Fore & Aft Hat Badge: Silk, Wool embroidered in cotton/silk with bullion / Collar Insignia: Wool embroidered in silk/cotton and bullion threads, mesh backing / Emergency Fleet Corporation Visor Hat Badge: Wool, embroidered in cotton/silk with bullion.

CONDITION:
8- (Very Fine - Excellent): The hat badge & collar insignia shows moderate wear, and Fore & Aft Hat Badge and one of the collar insignia has small moth hole, and tarnish. Overall all of them shows wonderful condition. This is Extremely Rare. Only ones we've ever seen.
