ARTIFACT: This is an Extremely Rare circa 1914 Swiss Army Aviator Shako Helmet Plate Also worn on Roold Helmets.

VINTAGE: Circa 1914.

SIZE: Approximately: 2-3/16" in height x 2-3/4" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Gilt Bronze with Lead fill and Brass fold-over prongs.

ATTACHMENT: Prongs.

MARKINGS: N/A.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a foreign militaria collection that we will be listing more of over the next few months. CON-RLB-VBEJ03/15-24 LAAGEX05/17/24

CONDITION: 9- (Excellent+): The plate is slightly tarnished and fold-over prongs remain intact. Overall, it is in excellent condition.
