ARTIFACT: This is an extremely rare and beautiful, early to mid1930's Royal Siamese Aeronautical Service / Royal Siamese Air Force Pilot Wing in gilt & enameled silver.

We can find no reference anywhere to this wing, with its wonderful rendition of the Siamese / Thai God of the Sky, Phaya Thaen, cradling a propeller in his usually empty right arm. This wing may be the only one still in existence.

VINTAGE: Circa early to mid 1930s.

SIZE: Approximately: 3/4" in height x 31/4" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Coin silver or Sterling Silver with blue enamel and a gilt central seal.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal pin with an open C catch.

MARKINGS: N/A.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a large collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VAJJX05 LAAJJX07 SLCDGEX09/13/24

CONDITION: 7 (Very Fine): Minor wear and tarnishing to wing, but some small flakes to the enamel knock the overall condition a bit.

GUARANTEE: As with all my artifacts, this piece is guaranteed to be original, as described.
