ARTIFACT:

This is an Extremely Rare circa 1920 - 1921 Polish 7th Air Escadrille aka The Kosciuszko Squadron Enlisted Man's Badge in Silvered Bronze.
Polish 7th Air Escadrille (Polish: 7. Eskadra Lotnicza), better known as the Kościuszko Squadron, was one of the units of the Polish Air Force during the Polish-Soviet War of 1919-1921. Formed in late 1918, it was re-formed in late 1919 from US volunteers. It was one of the most active Polish squadrons in the war.

VINTAGE: 1920 - 1921.

SIZE: Approximately 1-5/16" in height x 1-5/16" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Silvered Bronze.

ATTACHMENT: Single screw post with disc backing.

CONDITION: 8 (Excellent-): The badge shows minor wear, and small damage on red material at 3:00 and 10:00. Overall, it is in excellent condition.
