Fabulous, exquisite, and extremely rare circa 1943 UK-made United States Army Air Forces unofficial Radioman wing in gorgeous bullion on combat crew woven blue wool. The center is an embroidered "R" encircled and centered between feather detailed wings. This example is the only one we have seen or heard of.

8- (Very Fine - Excellent): The wing shows minor to moderate wear, was removed from uniform, most of the paper remains intact on reverse, bullion has overall handsome patina.
