ARTIFACT: Exceptional quality and condition, WWI united States Navy Officer's sword belt with gilt buckle.

VINTAGE: Circa WWI

SIZE: Size 32 stamp. Approximately by 33-1/2 in length (not including buckle) and 1-3/4" in width; buckle measures 1-15/16" in diameter; sword strap is 37" in total length (including connectors).

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Gilt brass, leather.

ATTACHMENT: Main buckle with clip, rectangular buckle with prong, two clips on reverse fastening sword strap to belt, U hook hanging from belt, two connectors on sword strap.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a US Navy collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. ebay CON-DMB-50-14 LBGEX12/14 SLAGEX8/16

CONDITION: 9- (Excellent+): Sword belt is in excellent condition showing only some wear, the gilt details remain intact.
