ARTIFACT: This is an Extremely Rare 1920's United State Air Service Airship Pilot Wing in Bullion Removed from Uniform.

VINTAGE: 1920s.

SIZE: Approximately 3-1/2" in width x 1-3/8" in height.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Wool embroidered in silk/cotton threads muslin backing.

ATTACHMENT: To be sewn on.

MARKINGS: N/A.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a United States Army Air Corps collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. CON-RLB-VGEX-04/08

CONDITION: 5 (Fine): The bullion was very brittle and much of it is missing from the longer strings on the front. It was sewn on a uniform and removed.
