ARTIFACT: This is a circa early World War II "V for Victory" pin made from two Lincoln pennies. Te top penny has a "V" painted in red, white and blue at its center and the one hanging below was stamped to resemble a helmet. The pennies are form 1917 and 1930.

VINTAGE: Circa early World War II.

SIZE: Approximately 3/4" in width and 1-9/16" in length.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Copper, painted details.

ATTACHMENT: Suspension ring, safety pin.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a Union veterans collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. MCX13 LCDX11/13

CONDITION: 8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The pin has some light wear.
