ARTIFACT: This is an early WWII United States Army Air Forces sweetheart pin in the shape of a P-40 aircraft. The pin is painted in striking orange and blue to show the plane's details.

VINTAGE: Circa early WWII.

SIZE: 2-1/8" height and 2-5/8" width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Painted brass.

ATTACHMENT: Diagonal pin with tubular "C" catch.

MARKINGS: N/A.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a homefront collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VECL95 LHEX6/10 SHEX1/14

CONDITION: 8- (Very Fine-Excellent): Pin has slight abrasions and wonderful coloring.
