ARTIFACT: This is a circa early World War II American Field Service donation badge. Members of the American Field Service were volunteer ambulance drivers who rescued wounded soldiers in different overseas regions. It is in gilt brass and white enamel.

VINTAGE: Circa early World War II.

SIZE: Approximately 13/16" in height x 1-9/16" in length.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Gilt brass, enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal pin with drop-in locking catch.

MARKINGS: None.

CONDITION: 8 (Excellent-): The badge has almost no wear.
