ARTIFACT: This is an early 20th century Maori Patu fighting club. It's carved very intricately from an indigenous wood. It has some great edges on it! The word patu in Maori means to strike, hit, beat, or subdue, and such was used as a bludgeoning weapon.

VINTAGE: Early 20th Century

SIZE: About 13-3/8" x 4-3/8" x 1"

CONDITION: 8+ (Excellent): There is a gash on the top of one side, but the edges and the hand-carved details are amazing.
