ARTIFACT: This is a lapel pin from Mid-Continent Airlines, which was established in 1928 in Iowa, but became part of Braniff International Airways in 1952. The pin is a petite plane with MCA in red on both wings.

VINTAGE: Circa early 1950s.

SIZE: Approximately 1/2" in height and 7/8" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Chrome-plated brass with painted areas.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal pin with "C" catch.

MARKINGS: N/A.

ITEM NOTES: This is from an airlines collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VAJX99 LHEX11/10

CONDITION: 8 (Excellent-): Pin shows very light wear.
