ARTIFACT: This is an early 1950s Japanese-made jacket patch for the United States Navy VP-50 patrol squadron. The patch shows a winged dragon with a wolf's head flying above a surfaced submarine.

VINTAGE: Circa early 1950s.

SIZE: 4-7/8" diameter.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Fully embroidered cotton patch.
