VINTAGE: Circa 1940's - 1950's.

SIZE: Approximately 5-1/8" in height x 3-13/16" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Lacquered brass with painted details.

ATTACHMENT: Hole for attachment to license plate or vehicle.

MARKINGS: N/A
