ARTIFACT: This is a patch for the United States Army Air Forces 760th Bomb Squadron, 460th Bomb Group, 15th Air Force. The squadron served in Spinozza, Italy from 1943 to 1945. The patch was worn during combat and removed from a flight jacket. A mightily aggressive panther is ready to spring off the patch.

VINTAGE: Circa World War II.

SIZE: 6" height and 4-7/8" width .

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Painted leather.

CONDITION: 6- (Fine): Patch has heavy wear and moderate fading with some small gaps in the stitching along edge.
