ARTIFACT: This is a nice, classic 1890's New England "Stock" oval police badge. It has a maker mark on the reverse that acts as a "saddle" to hold the pin to the badge.

VINTAGE: Circa 1890's

SIZE: Approximately 1-3/16" x 2

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Nickel Plated Nickel

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal pin with over-under catch.

MARKINGS: "POLICE. NOBLE & WESTERBROOK MTG. CO. HARTFORD CONN. U.S.A.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a Police Badge collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. MEJP16 LADEX02/17

CONDITION: 7 (Very Fine): The Badge looks very nice for its age. Light to moderate wear.
