ARTIFACT: This is a circa 1980s flight attendant wing 3rd issue for the Flying Tiger Line. The airline was started in Los Angeles, California by ten former American Volunteer Group members in 1947, and it operated until 1989. The wing has a tiger's head at its center.

VINTAGE: Circa 1980s.

SIZE: Approximately 9/16" in height and 2-1/2" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Gilt brass.

ATTACHMENT: Two posts with clutch-backs.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from an airline collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VBJX12 LABEX2/13

CONDITION: 8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The wing has light wear only.
