ARTIFACT: This is a circa 1980s pilot wing for Egypt Air, initially founded as Misr Airwork in 1932. The center of the wing shows the head of Horus, an Egyptian sky god with a falcon's head, painted in red and blue.

VINTAGE: Circa 1980s.

SIZE: Approximately 7/8" x 3-7/8"

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Gilt brass, painted details.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal British kick (Y) pin with C catch.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from an airlines collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VAJM12 LIEX8/13 SIEX8/16

CONDITION: 8 (Excellent-): The wing shows little wear.
