ARTIFACT: This is a circa 1931-1934 American Airlines Mechanic/Ground Crew hat badge with the eagle at its center facing to the left, rare with maker's mark.

VINTAGE: Circa 1931-1934.

SIZE: About 1-3/8" in diameter.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Gilt brass.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical pin with a come-under locking catch.

MARKINGS: "WRIGHT & STREET INC CHICAGO"
