ARTIFACT: This is a circa 1912 postcard for the House of Allen, in New Castle, New Hampshire. Allen was boatswain to John Paul Jones, "Father of the American Navy". Allen's house was built in 1734 on Cranfield Street, but is no longer standing. It has not been written upon.

VINTAGE: Circa 1912.

SIZE: Approximately 5-3/8" in length and 3-3/8" in height.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Card stock.
