ARTIFACT: This is a Catawba Valley Technical Institute Practical Nurse Program pin. The school is located in North Carolina and is now under the name Catawba Valley Community College.

VINTAGE: Circa late 1960s-early 1970s.

SIZE: About 3/4" in diameter.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Gilt silver with blue enamel detail.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal pin with "come-under" locking catch.

MARKINGS: Makers mark followed by 10K GF HJ.

CONDITION: 7+ (Very Fine+): Minor wear, mostly to edges and some superficial surface scratching; enamel is intact.
