ARTIFACT: This is a circa late 1960s United States Air Force 91st Tactical Fighter Squadron jacket patch. The 91st was stationed at RAF Bentwaters in England from 1958 until 1992. The squadron was one of the first American units stationed in Europe to operate Sabre jets, and during the period from which this patch dates, the squadron flew F-101 Voodoos and F-4 Phantom IIs. The patch is fully embroidered and shows a winged cloud and lightning bolt formation over vertical red and white stripes.

VINTAGE: Circa late 1960s.

SIZE: Approximately 3-9/16" in height and 5-1/8" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Fully embroidered in cotton/polyester threads.

MARKINGS: None.
