ARTIFACT: Circa 1968 United States Navy Support Det NHABE USN Medical, Vietnam patch made in Saigon by Cheap Charlies. The center shows a red cross with a caduceus in black detail. The rockers on the top and bottom of the patch read: "NAV SUPPACT DET NHABE U.S. NAVY MEDICAL VIETNAM" in embroidered lettering.

VINTAGE: Circa 1968

SIZE: Approximately 4-1/4" x 3-3/4"

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Embroidered cotton, silk/polyester/cotton threads, woven cotton backing

CONDITION: 8 (Excellent-): The patch shows minor wear and soiling, the colors remain bright, overall excellent condition.
