This is a Circa 1960's United States Marine Corps Station Game Protector Badge Most Likely from MCAS Beaufort.
Marine Corps Air Station Beaufort or MCAS Beaufort is a United States Marine Corps (USMC) air base located 5 kilometers (3.1 mi) northwest of the central business district of Beaufort, a city in Beaufort County, South Carolina, United States. Beaufort South Carolina Hand #'d on Back B 38 (B most likely stands for Beaufort)
VINTAGE:
Circa 1960s.
SIZE:
Approximately: 2-9/16" in height x 1-5/8" in width.
MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION:
Chrome plated nickel with painted lettering.
ATTACHMENT:
Vertical kick pin with drop in locking catch.
