ARTIFACT: This is a ca. 1900 Nye County, Nevada Deputy Sheriff #13 circle-star found during an excavation.

VINTAGE: Circa 1900.

SIZE: About 1-3/4" in diameter.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Nickel with black painted lettering.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical pin (note: the catch is missing; see photo below).

MARKINGS: C.D.REESE 122 NASSAU NEW YORK.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a large collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. SAJJJX3/10

CONDITION: 4+ (Very Good): Considerable wear and tarnishing.
