ARTIFACT: This is an unidentified item from the Victorian era: it is possibly a horse brass, perhaps from a hunting club. The brass is in in black leather, and its decorative (wide) end bears an heraldic lion's paw in brass.

VINTAGE: Circa Victorian Era (1830s-1901).

SIZE: Approximately 11" in length and 2" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Leather, brass.

ATTACHMENT: Hole.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from an accumulation of unidentified items which we will be listing more of over the next few months. Item will not be sold until it is identified. VAEX07 LX4/13

CONDITION: 7+ (Very Fine+): The item has some small spots of light to medium wear and minor tarnish.
