Unidentified, unknown silver Society or Organization medal in coin silver. The center displays an open book with the letters: "Y. M. D. S." in the center and surrounding it reads: "FOUNDED NOV. 18th 1881 SEMPER PARATUS" (Always Ready). The pinback bar shows lovely detailed embellishments.
