ARTIFACT: This is an unidentified sterling silver lapel pin, possibly for an aviation or flying school. The pin reads either EAS or AES in an Art Deco script and the center is a triangle or Delta symbol enameled in orange-red.

VINTAGE: Circa unknown.

SIZE: Approximately 1/4" in height and 3/4" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Sterling silver with enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Single screw post with disc backing.

MARKINGS: STERLING with D maker mark encircling the "RL".

ITEM NOTES: This is from an unidentified collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. Item will not be sold until it is identified. VAJX11 LX8/11

CONDITION: 8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The pin shows some light wear and tarnish.
