ARTIFACT: Unidentified very cool "NCSB" Special Agent Investigation Department Badge 1920's-40's? The badge is in the shape of a shield with a textured background. In black painted detail, center disc reads: "N.C.S.B" and above "SPECIAL AGENT" and below "INVESTIGATION DEPARTMENT F.S."- "F.S." Financial Section??

VINTAGE: Circa 1920's-40's?

SIZE: Approximately 2" x 1 7/8"

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Nickel plated brass and paint.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical kick pin with 'C' catch.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a collection of unidentified items which we will be listing more of over the next few months. Item will not be sold until identified. MGEX15 LX3/15

CONDITION: 7+ (Very Fine+): Badge shows light to moderate wear, mostly on high points, nearly all the nickel plating and painted details remain intact.
