ARTIFACT: Unidentified wonderful early 1930's Chenille Aviation Company or Organization SDA jacket patch. Great patch almost in the shape of a parachute depicting an early 1930’s Airplane or Glider flying through the rays of the rising sun. SDA??

VINTAGE: Circa 1930’s

SIZE: Approximately 5-1/4” x 5-3/8”

CONSTRUCTION/MATERIALS: Embroidered wool felt, chain stitch, cotton/polyester thread.

ATTACHMENT: None.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a collection of unidentified items which we will be listing more of over the next few months. Item will not be sold until identified. VEX15 LX11/15

CONDITION: 7+ (Very Fine+): The patch shows minor to moderate wear, a spot of thread missing, light moth nips and soiling, overall fine condition.
