ARTIFACT: This is a circa 1900 lapel badge for an unidentified baseball club. The badge is in sterling silver and is shaped like home plate with a bat and ball lying across it. There are two raised initials on the plate: "TH". The reverse has a Porter Jewelry maker mark.

VINTAGE: Circa 1900.

SIZE: Approximately 13/16" in height and 1-1/4" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Sterling silver.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal pin with tongue-style catch.

MARKINGS: Porter Sterling fp (Porter maker mark).

ITEM NOTES: This is from an accumulation of unidentified items which we will be listing more of over the next few months. Item will not be sold until it is identified. VAEX06 LX9/14

CONDITION: 7- (Very Fine-): The badge has some light wear and moderate tarnish.
