ARTIFACT: This beautiful WWI - Early 1920's US Navy Pilot Wing. Originally, this wing was made in gilt brass, but has since had the plating polished off of the front at some point during its use. The shield, anchor, and wing are all detailed in a beautiful fashion.

VINTAGE: World War I.

SIZE: Approximately 13/16" in height x 2-3/4" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Brass.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal pin with locking swivel catch.

MARKINGS: N/A.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a US Navy collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VBJJZ17 LAAGEX02/17 SLACGEX10/25/22

CONDITION: 8+ (Excellent): The gilt was polished off, not worn off, very light oxidization, but otherwise a stunning piece.
