ARTIFACT: Beautiful WWII United States Navy Officer Submarine Dolphins by Meyer. Scarce in clutch-back, this 10K gold-filled sterling example features a stabilizer pin too and has an overall fabulous patina. The pin pictures two stylized dolphins flanking the oncoming bow of a submarine breaking the waves.

VINTAGE: Circa WWII

SIZE: Approximately 2-7/8" x 7/8"

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: 10K gold-filled, sterling

ATTACHMENT: Double posts with clutch-backs and stabilizer pin

MARKINGS: "1/20 10K STERLING" and Meyer maker's mark.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a USN collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VFJX15 LEGEX10/15

CONDITION: 7+ (Very Fine+): The pin shows minor to moderate wear, much of the gold-fill details remain intact, overall handsome patina.
