ARTIFACT: This is a Beautiful World War II Era Kern County California Ranger/Deputy Sheriff Badge in Sterling Silver. Made of Wartime Shortages Sterling Silver with hard fired Blue Enamel. Pin unit is NIckel. This is a Forest Ranger Badge, with Deputy Sheriff Power. Unmarked but tested Sterling. Pin unit would have been produced pre-war, why it is made of nickel and the rest of the badges made in Sterling.

VINTAGE: World War II era.

SIZE: Approximately 1-11/16" in height x 1-1/4" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Wartime Shortages Sterling Silver with hard fired Blue Enamel. Pin unit is NIckel.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical pin with drop in locking catch.

MARKINGS: N/A.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a Police Badge collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VBJHV21 LGGEX05/13/21 SGGEX05/16/22

CONDITION: 9- (Excellent): The badge shows minor to little wear, and much of a hard fired enamel detail is remains intact. Overall wonderful condition.
