ARTIFACT: This is a beautiful World War I United States Air Service officer collar insignia in silver and bronze. The design is a winged propeller with great detailing to the feathers. It is in a two-piece construction and is possibly European-made. The reverse has a nice T-style pin.

VINTAGE: Circa World War I.

SIZE: Approximately 1"e; in height and 1-11/16" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Silver, bronze.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal T-style pin with C catch.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a WWI United States Air Service collar insignia collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VBEX04 LBDEX4/14

CONDITION: 8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The insignia has only light wear.
