ARTIFACT: This is a beautiful circa late 1930s or early 1940s Western belt buckle in sterling silver with 10 karat gold details. The center features a horse head in gold with a ruby chip for its eye. The background is delicately engraved with a plume-like design. This handsome buckle was made by Srour Company of Los Angeles, California.

VINTAGE: Circa late 1930s-early 1940s.

SIZE: Approximately 1-15/16" in height and 3" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Sterling silver, 10 karat gold, ruby chip.

ATTACHMENT: Belt loop, prong.

MARKINGS: STERLING 10k.

CONDITION: 8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The buckle shows only some very light wear and tarnish.
