ARTIFACT: This is a beautiful circa 1943 United States Army Air Forces senior pilot wing in a shirt size. The wing is in sterling silver and has an Amico maker's mark on reverse. The wing has a shield at its center and a five-pointed star at top.

VINTAGE: Circa 1943 (World War II).

SIZE: Approximately 7/8" in height by 2" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Sterling silver.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal pin with come-under locking swivel catch.

MARKINGS: AMICO STERLING.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a United States Army Air Forces collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VBJX13 LACEX1/13

CONDITION: 8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The wing shows only some light wear and tarnish.
