ARTIFACT: This is a Beautiful Circa 1910's - early 20's Contra Costa County CA Deputy Sheriff "Baseball" 6 point Star Badge by Chipron.

VINTAGE: Circa 1910s - early 20s.

SIZE: Approximately 2-5/8" in height x 2-1/4" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Chrome plated brass with painted lettering.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical safety-style pin

MARKINGS: "CHIPRON STAMP CO 224 W FIRST ST. LOS ANGELES"

ITEM NOTES: This is from a California police and law enforcement collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. MCCEV21 LHIEX02/03/21

CONDITION: 8- ( Very Fine - Excellent): The badge shows minor to moderate wear, and some of a painted lettering missing the color on front, and nice maker mark on back.
