ARTIFACT: Beautiful 1920's -30's McKeesport, Pennsylvania Police Department. The center of the badge shows crossed batons over a gear wheel, across the top it reads: "McKEESPORT" and along the bottom: "POLICE". Upon its original issue, this badge was nickel-plated brass and then it was chrome-plated during its period of use in the 1930's or 40's.

VINTAGE: Circa 1920's - 1930's.

SIZE: Approximately 2-1/4" in length x 2" in height.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Chromed, nickel-plated brass

ATTACHMENT: Single screw post with screwback.

MARKINGS: None.

CONDITION: 7- (Very Fine-): The badge shows moderate to heavy wear, was chromed during period of use, much of the chrome plating remains intact and bright.
