ARTIFACT: This in a 1910's - 20's New York City Dept. of Buildings sterling silver medal for Best Essay on Safeguarding the Home Against Fires. This medal was presented to one H. Geller. The obverse depicts a grieving family that made it out of their burning house alive.

VINTAGE: Ca. 1910's - 20's

SIZE: Approximately 1-5/8" x 1"

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Sterling silver

ATTACHMENT: Chain link ring
