ARTIFACT:
This is a beautiful circa 1880s-1890s set of men's paired horseshoe cuff links by Tiffany & Company. Each cuff link is in sterling silver with a pair of 14 karat gold horseshoes at its center. The set comes in its original case marked Tiffany & Company.
VINTAGE:
Circa 1880s-1890s.
SIZE:
Approximately 7/8" in diameter each; case is 2-3/4" by 1-15/16" by 1-7/16".
MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION:
Sterling silver, 14 karat gold, velvet lined cardboard case.
ATTACHMENT:
Cuff link attachments; hinged box with locking catch.

CONDITION:
8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The cuff links have some small spots of light wear and tarnish only; case does not actually lock because of slight warpage of wooden frame due to age. Still very presentable in the case, and most definitely on the cuff!.
