ARTIFACT: This is an early 2nd Regiment French Foreign Legion Parachutist badge with a beautifully detailed dragon design.

VINTAGE: Circa 1948.

SIZE: About 1-3/8" in width by 1-1/4" in height (34mm by 30mm)

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Silver plated brass with red, green and gold enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical safety-style pin.

MARKINGS: G1948 DRAGO PARIS.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a large collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. MAEX96 LCEX SCEX1/12

CONDITION: 7+ (Very Fine+): Minor wear and tarnishing.
