ARTIFACT:
This is a copy of "The Overseas History of the 16th U.S.N. Construction Battalion" by Edgar B. Hickey, Capt. CEC, USNR, Retired. The 16th worked on infrastructure both at Pearl Harbor and other Pacific islands. The book deals with the 16th "Seabees" activities during World War II although it was published in October 1971. Also included with the booklet are two 16th Seabees Association newsletters from 1969 and 1970.
